Cairns Accommodation, The Cairns Colonial Club Resort is a tropical resort, set on 11 acres gardens and 3 lagoon pools. Four bars, including a swim-up bar, a fitness centre, sauna and spas, a tennis court, internet cafe and bicycle hire are conveniently available for all accommodation guests at the resort. A colonial-style Conference Centre is also a part of the resort, as well as free car parking, a resort shop, tour desk, free airport transfers and an hourly City Shuttle bus throughout the day. The Cairns Colonial Club Resort offers guests three swimming pools, a spa, tennis court, fitness centre, games room with arcade games and table tennis, playground, beauty salon, hairdresser, resort shop for grocery items and souvenirs, guest lounge with internet facilities, three restaurants and four bars. We offer so many facilities that you won't need to go anywhere for anything but if you are feeling adventurous we operate an hourly city shuttle bus throughout the day and also have a tour desk where we can assist you to book tours or hire a car. Colonial Room, The Colonial Rooms are more spacious than the Standard Rooms, and nestled amongst private gardens, featuring a secluded pool.
Standard Room, Our Standard Rooms are cool, bright and furnished in the simple style of the tropics.
Studio Room, The versatile Studio Rooms are set up with limited kitchen facilities. Each room features a main bedroom with bathroom adjacent and can be separated from the lounge/dining area. These rooms are ideal for triple and quad share.
Superior Room, Superior Rooms are large and comfortable and are perfectly designed to suit the tropics, featuring a private balcony or courtyard overlooking the resort pool or gardens
Please note: That the maximum age for an infant is less than 3 years. Children are classified as being between 3 and 14 years inclusive.

From either the Cairns International or Cairns Domestic Airport turn onto Airport Drive and continue until you reach the traffic lights. At these traffic lights you need to turn left onto Sheridan Street. At the traffic lights at Greenslopes Street (Seafood market on the left corner) turn right. Go through the roundabout and then turn left into McNamara Street. Travel down this street and take the second right into Cannon Street.

You can book one of the many tours and trips on offer in the tropical North through our Tour Desk. All the major tour operators will collect you from the main resort reception daily and return you at the end of your wonderful, exciting and tiring day.
If you just want to relax when you get back you are able to buy light snacks or dinner from the Resort's restaurants or Resort Shop, which is great for souvenirs and the holiday snack indulgences.
The 3 onsite restaurants are the Homestead Restaurant, Jardines Restaurant and Poolside Café and Bar.
The Homestead Restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner each day. A full breakfast buffet is served from 6.00am - 10.00am every morning. Dinner is open from 5:30pm, offering an a la carte menu or pre-organised group set menus. The Homestead Restaurant can also be booked for groups over 80 people for private luncheons. The restaurant has also recently started an exciting Shack 'n' Sizzle buffet available every Friday and Saturday evening.
Jardines Restaurant, our elegant dining tropical Queensland style restaurant located in the Conference Centre, offers arelaxing open aired verandah or air-conditioned dining in the colonial charm of a bygone era. Boasting award winning menus and Chef's, Jardines Restaurant is sure to impress. Open from 6.30pm Tuesday through to Saturday evenings.
The Poolside Café, located at the waters edge of our magnificent natural pool, boasts lush garden surrounds with cafe style meals, and is open from 10am till late daily.
